Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking a Director, Enterprise Client Services to lead major client relationships across nationwide accounts in a remote role. You will guide strategy, grow revenue, and ensure delivery excellence across solutions while collaborating with sales, operations, and leadership.

You will engage with client leadership, provide strategic guidance, and oversee service delivery, renewals, and profitability for top accounts across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in TPA/insurance/brokerage with claims, loss control, underwriting expertise.
• 5+ years in account management or related role.
• Strong business acumen in accounting, finance, and economics.
• Proven leadership and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and aligns resources to execute the Client Delivery Model with partners and clients.
• Drives new business and client retention across solution lines.
• Influences internal Crawford USLA resources to ensure client service excellence.
• Supports Sales with proposals and transition post-contract award.
• Manages client setup, onboarding, and ongoing service delivery.
