Job summary

DESIGNalytics is seeking a Director, Client Development to own and expand enterprise CPG relationships through our syndicated data platform and on-demand design effectiveness testing. This role rewards revenue ownership and strategic partnerships with senior client stakeholders.

You will lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, craft account strategies, and drive growth across brands, categories, and business units while collaborating with internal teams to deliver measurable client impact.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in market research, analytics, or insights-led consulting.
• Strong grounding in quantitative methodologies and study design.
• Proven transition into client development or account leadership.
• Experience selling custom research or analytics solutions to large U.S. CPG organizations.
• Track record of owning revenue and expanding enterprise client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of enterprise and mid-market CPG accounts.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles for syndicated access and on-demand quantitative studies.
• Develop account strategies that expand relationships across brands, categories, and business units.
• Act as a senior thought partner to client leaders.
• Translate business objectives into research and analytics approaches that unlock measurable sales impact.
• Present findings, implications, and recommendations to executive audiences.
