Job summary

Ensono seeks a Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth and client satisfaction across enterprise accounts. You will manage senior relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and guide initiatives from opportunity to delivery.

Use consultative selling to shape solutions, negotiate terms, and lead complex opportunities while mentoring sales talent. This remote role often operates with flexibility, offering strong compensation and benefits aligned with performance.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience with enterprise client relationships.
• Consultative selling experience, preferably in technology or managed services.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Experience closing complex sales opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, security, outsourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships with thought leadership and alignment of client needs to Ensono offerings.
• Develop relationships with decision makers; grow revenue across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and terms for deals; monitor sales trends.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, Delivery teams to ensure outcomes.
• Communicate business and technology value clearly to diverse audiences.
• Act as a trusted IT advisor and contribute to strategic planning.
• Mentor sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
