The role focuses on prospecting and winning new dedicated business, interfacing with leadership, marketing, and operations to align strengths with customer needs. The position emphasizes strategic selling, relationship building, and driving revenue growth while managing the complete sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five+ years of transportation experience required.
• Three+ years of sales experience in high service/high value industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, nurture, and win new contractual dedicated business.
• Evaluate customer needs and tailor Paper Transport’s value.
• Establish new relationships and generate revenue beyond dedicated.
• Be a self-starter and results driven.
• Engage prospects and uncover pain points to become a valuable partner.
• Coordinate full sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, and guiding cross-functional pursuit teams.
• Develop and execute proposal plans for potential dedicated deals.
• Prospect new brands and expand industry network to build pipeline.
