Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development for Dedicated Transportation (DBD DTS). The role focuses on pursuing new contracts, leading cross-functional teams through the sales cycle, and achieving a defined quota.

Strong emphasis on solution selling and pricing strategy will drive growth across new business and renewals where applicable. The position requires 5+ years in sales, experience with supply chain solutions, and a track record of quota attainment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• At least five years of sales experience, including quota attainment.

Mansioni

• Lead deal pursuit and develop pricing strategy.
• Plan proposals and coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams.
• Prospect new brands and build a pipeline; explore cross-sell opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals; provide continued commercial support.
• Travel 40-50%; transition new accounts and manage post-close activities.
• Adhere to company policies and drive revenue within assigned vertical.
