Job summary

Dart Entities is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth in our 3PL warehousing business. This remote role requires hunter instincts, strong executive communication, and the ability to close complex supply chain deals across national markets.

You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic customer relationships, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT and others to deliver sound, long-term solutions. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales or business development experience within supply chain
• Proven track record selling supply chain solutions
• Experience in 3PL warehousing or distribution is a plus
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50%

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new national and regional 3PL warehousing opportunities
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects across industries and geographies
• Own the sales process from prospecting to contract execution
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive customer solutions
