Job summary

The role rapidly integrates with account teams to shape technical and business strategies, nurture relationships, and expand the account with compelling value propositions across opportunities.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent technical qualifications; advanced degree in technology preferred.
• 7+ years of technical IT experience with focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
• Knowledge-based as well as 1+ years of relevant industry certifications strongly preferred.
• Previous experience solution selling within the Cloud or AI space is highly preferred.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks and project management methodologies and certifications are helpful but not required.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in one or more solution domains, company products, services, and the customer’s technical and business environment.
• Develops compelling customer proposals and critically reviews them, manages stakeholders, ensuring business and technical requirements are met.
• Quantifies business impact, positions value, and identifies strengths/weaknesses of proposed solutions for long-term objectives.
• Translates outcomes into functional and then technical designs scalable to customer growth.
• Communicates how solution value addresses customer business needs and tracks technology trends.
• Proactively builds the pipeline by identifying opportunities within the account and nurtures deals from opportunity to close.
• Keeps records of activities throughout the sales cycle and shares best practices with peers and partners.
