Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee the firm’s enterprise and practice-facing applications. The role leads a team, ensures system operations, upgrades, and documentation, and collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.

The position requires a 4-year degree, 5+ years of application implementation and support, and strong knowledge of enterprise platforms (eDOCS, Net Documents, iManage).

Formación

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years’ management experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in application implementation, administration, and support.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, maintain, and support the firm’s enterprise and practice-facing application portfolio.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of enterprise application issues with IT and Help Desk teams.
• Work with vendors to ensure applications are current and supported.
• Maintain documentation for enterprise configurations and touchpoints between systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysis to follow procedures for control of programs and documentation.
• Provide year-end budget insights for enterprise applications and upgrades.
• Provide project management support for scoped projects and tasks.
