Job summary
Wolf Greenfield seeks an Enterprise Applications Engineer to support the firm’s critical applications and enterprise workflows. You will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Enterprise Application and Data to implement, update, and optimize enterprise software across matter management, timekeeping, accounting, billing, and document management platforms.
The role bridges business applications with IT infrastructure, serving as a liaison among IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience in enterprise application support for legal applications or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience installing, supporting, and upgrading backend databases and multi-user software.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain system integrations via APIs, middleware, and scripting.
- Create automated workflows and business rules in enterprise apps.
- Maintain documentation and training materials for end users and tech teams.
