Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead a team responsible for the firm’s enterprise and practice-facing applications. The role includes managing upgrades, documentation, and system integration, while partnering with the Help Desk and IT teams to maintain a superior end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years in management in a related field.
• Requires 5+ years in application implementation, administration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration (IIS Administration preferred).
• Experience with eDOCS, Net Documents, iManage, contract and vendor management/collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the firm’s enterprise and practice-facing applications, including upgrades and documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of enterprise application issues with Help Desk and IT teams.
• Coordinate with vendors to keep applications current and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysis to adhere to procedures for control of programs and documentation.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and that integration touchpoints between systems are understood.
• Provide project management for enterprise application projects, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource alignment.
