Husch Blackwell LLP seeks an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the firm’s enterprise application portfolio and a team responsible for supporting and maintaining all enterprise applications. The role requires coordinating upgrades, defining system improvements, and ensuring high-quality end-user experiences across practice areas.

The position may be filled remotely or in a hybrid capacity in the Kansas City, MO or St. Louis, MO metro areas.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years’ management experience in a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in application implementation, administration, and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration (IIS Administration Preferred).
• Experience with eDOCS, Net Documents, iManage, contract and vendor management/collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Administer, maintain, and support the firm’s enterprise and practice-facing application portfolio, including system operations, upgrades, modifications, capacity planning, quality control, testing, and documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of enterprise application issues, collaborating with the Help Desk to meet service levels and user experience.
• Work with vendors to ensure apps are current and with Business Analysis for control of programs and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of all applications and in-house enhancements; understand integration touch points between systems.
• Collaborate with team members to keep documentation up to date and support firm enterprise software.
