Job summary

Ogletree Deakins is seeking an Applications Analyst to support the full systems life cycle for enterprise business systems, including document management, financials, and CRM. The role involves maintenance, upgrades, patching, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring, with occasional project management and vendor coordination.

The Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with iManage tools, and the ability to train staff and write technical reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with iManage DMS and related tools is preferred.
• Strong SQL scripting and stored procedure maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams on upgrades and migrations.
• Experience in project management and documenting processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, patch and maintain systems software and modules.
• Troubleshoot performance and functionality issues; identify root causes.
• Train new IT staff and provide expert support to peers and departments.
• Define application support standards and write related docs.
• Evaluate feasibility of cloud migrations (SaaS or Azure) and support cloud platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services, manage problem resolution.
