The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical presales or solutions engineering, particularly in supply chain software or AI/ML platforms. This role is remote with some required travel for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical presales or solutions engineering, especially in enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies.
• Strong ability to present complex concepts to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver product demonstrations.
• Develop technical win strategies alongside Account Executives.
• Create sales enablement materials and provide architectural guidance.
