Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Technical Pre‑Sales Specialist to bridge discovery and demo storytelling. You’ll lead early‑stage technical discovery, configure demos with customer data, and craft narratives that show value of Lyric’s enterprise AI platform.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to tailor demos for supply‑chain use cases such as allocation, routing, and inventory planning, and you’ll iterate quickly in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical Pre‑Sales or similar roles.
• Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS or supply‑chain software.
• Experience with optimization models or workflow‑based decision tools.
• Experience cleaning, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data.
• Able to present polished demos to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer pain points and needs.
• Translate challenges into targeted demo solutions using Lyric’s platform.
• Build and maintain demo environments with representative or actual data.
• Create data stories and visualizations to illustrate impact and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to align demo strategy with deal context.
• Contribute to a library of reusable demo assets and patterns for key supply chain problems.
