Lyric is seeking a Technical Presales Specialist to architect and demonstrate technical solutions that showcase our enterprise AI platform. You will work closely with Sales and Product teams, leading technical discovery sessions and developing strategies to overcome objections during sales cycles.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical presales or solutions engineering, particularly in supply chain software or AI/ML platforms. This role is remote, with travel required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical presales or solutions engineering.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and technologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver product demonstrations.
• Develop technical win strategies with Account Executives.
• Create technical sales materials and provide architectural guidance.
