Job summary

Databricks, based in San Francisco with global offices, is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to act as the technical voice for large enterprise accounts. You will work with an AE to define strategy and drive adoption of the Data + AI Platform, leveraging your background in value selling and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with very large (> $1m ARR) global accounts.
• Form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Present a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers.
• Technical in big data, data science and cloud.
• Production programming in Python, R, Scala or Java.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification.

Responsibilities

• You will be the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account, with understanding of the strategy.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
• Gain the respect of peers based on your experience, insight, and contributions.
