HiddenLayer is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue growth in the security for AI market across the United States. This fully remote role collaborates with marketing, product and customer success to deliver tailored, security-focused solutions.

You will own strategic sales plans, build executive relationships with key stakeholders, lead complex negotiations, and guide customized proposals from discovery to close while monitoring performance and market signals.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or AI tech
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business value

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the security for AI market
• Build and maintain C-level relationships to understand business needs and position solutions
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with favorable terms
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to create tailored proposals
• Track sales performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline using CRM tools
• Represent HiddenLayer at industry events and conferences
