Job summary

HiddenLayer is seeking an Enterprise Account Director for the Southern California region. This remote-friendly role focuses on selling security for AI products to enterprise customers, driving revenue and forging executive-level relationships.

You will lead negotiations, tailor proposals, and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs and propel growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years enterprise sales in cybersecurity or AI tech.
• Deep understanding of AI security concepts and threat detection.
• Translate complex tech into clear business benefits for customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit targets and grow the customer base.
• Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand needs.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with favorable terms.
• Collaborate to develop customized proposals, decks and demos.
• Track sales metrics, forecast accuracy, and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent HiddenLayer at industry events to promote thought leadership.
