Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales professional to drive ICX opportunities in Aerospace & Defense within selected US accounts. This remote role requires building executive-level value cases, shaping territory strategy and leading multi-disciplinary pursuit teams to close multi-year platform deals.

You will partner with CIOs/COOs and leverage Siemens' portfolio to transform data governance into actionable outcomes while navigating complex procurement

Qualifications

• Record of meeting or exceeding enterprise software sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience closing strategic platform opportunities with seven-figure potential.
• Executive presence and business acumen with C-suite credibility.
• Fluency in two of: enterprise AI, knowledge graphs, data platforms, app development, process automation, cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Create the market by building a focused territory and account strategy to generate qualified pipeline.
• Lead executive value discussions with CIOs, COOs and senior leaders around measurable outcomes.
• Run the full pursuit from qualification through discovery, security and procurement to signature.
• Orchestrate a matrixed pursuit team including architects, value engineers, and services leaders.
• Ensure a compelling customer experience with tailored ICX storytelling and governance.
• Build executive alignment and secure access to economic buyers across accounts.
• Win with an ecosystem through relationships with partners, hyperscalers and SI vendors.
• Maintain disciplined qualification and accurate forecast to sustain pipeline.
