Job summary

Cyera in Washington, DC seeks a high-performing Account Executive for the Mid-Atlantic (Majors) to sell enterprise-wide cloud data security solutions. You will manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, engaging C-suite executives and coordinating with a Sales Engineer.

You must have 8+ years of enterprise SaaS experience, strong value-based selling skills, and willingness to travel ~50% in a dynamic startup environment. Remote work is available with office setup reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling enterprise SaaS solutions in cloud/security/data to Fortune 500.
• Proficient in value-based solution selling with focus on business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building; strong presentations.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data security.
• Experience with formal sales processes, qualification frameworks, and forecasting tools.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
• This is a US-based position with travel ~50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate intimate understanding of Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and the value to customers.
• Create detailed territory plans and forecast accurately.
• Lead the sales cycle from pipeline generation to close.
• Deliver custom meetings and business value insights onsite with customers.
• Position Cyera to CISO/CDO/CPO/CIO level executives with executive relationship building.
• Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers.
• Grow Cyera’s presence with alliance and channel partners.
• Attend events and industry networking opportunities.
• Align with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executives to meet objectives.
