Job summary

SignalWire, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for a fully remote role within approved US states. You will drive outbound prospecting, build enterprise pipeline, and close complex deals.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Ops and report to the VP of Sales, with opportunities for cross-sell and renewals. You will manage enterprise cycles, leverage AI tools for prospecting and analysis, and contribute to evolving playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales tasks such as prospecting, messaging, or call analysis.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes.
• Comfortable acting as a subject-matter expert to inform outbound content and playbooks.
• Experience following structured outbound sales playbooks.
• Direct experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS platforms; selling developer tools or API-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close net-new enterprise opportunities.
• Pipeline Development using outbound cadences and messaging playbooks.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
• Provide field feedback to refine outbound cadences and messaging.
• Build long-term relationships through cross-sell, upsell, and renewals.
