Job summary

TeamViewer seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own a defined book of enterprise customers in the United States. You will be accountable for retention, expansion, and renewals, forecasting weekly and collaborating with success, engineering, and sales teams.

The role focuses on deepening existing relationships, negotiating multi-year terms, and identifying expansion opportunities within accounts. Remote work in the USA is supported with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing sales with existing customers; SaaS or technology experience required.
• Proven track record of retaining and expanding a book of business against retention and expansion targets.
• Strong commercial skills: negotiation, multi-year structuring, and procurement in mid-size/large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of up to 40 enterprise accounts (>$10K ARR) as the sole owner with full accountability for renewal, revenue retention, and expansion.
• Build and maintain account plans, stakeholder maps, renewal timelines, and expansion hypotheses.
• Forecast weekly in Salesforce with accurate renewals and expansions by stage and category.
