Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager Team Lead for the Americas. You will coach six Enterprise Account Managers responsible for $10K+ ARR across up to 40 accounts, focusing on retention and expansion.

This first-line leadership role requires strong forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in renewals. Remote within the US with periodic travel to Tampa and client sites. TeamViewer offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing sales with existing customers in SaaS/tech.
• 2+ years leading a quota-carrying team as a first-line manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Enterprise Account Managers, each owning up to 40 accounts at $10K+ ARR.
• Own the team's numbers: gross and net revenue retention and expansion across the Americas $10K+ book.
• Run weekly forecasts for renewals and expansion and present in regional forecast calls.
• Manage books and territories to keep reps under the 40-account cap and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Drive renewal engine with proactive value narratives and clear escalation rules.
• Hire and ramp new Account Manager seats with a defined time-to-productivity target.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and share market insights.
• Run quarterly business reviews for the Account Manager team with renewal projections.
