Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking an Account Manager in the United States (Remote) to develop and execute campaigns that generate new business within existing accounts and to nurture relationships focused on the State DOT industry.

You will position Bentley’s Transportation software portfolio to designers, engineers, contractors and owners across North America, driving value and outcomes throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience selling software to government sector.
• CAD/BIM knowledge required; transportation background preferred.
• Ability to develop executive relationships with C‑level, VP, Directors.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business opportunities and drive sales to exceed quota.
• Develop relationships at C‑Level, VP and Director levels in accounts.
• Build a Salesforce-based pipeline and forecast revenue across opportunities.
• Promote Bentley value to designers, engineers, contractors and owners.
• Maintain knowledge of commercial offerings and software policies.
• Travel up to 50% and collaborate with Solution Engineering, Support and Product teams.
