Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking an Account Manager to develop and execute campaigns for new business within existing accounts, focusing on the State DOT sector across North America.

The role leverages Bentley’s Transportation software and services to drive digital transformation from design to asset management, with heavy emphasis on relationship-building at multiple levels and a strong sales process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling software solutions into the government sector.
• Knowledge of CAD/BIM solutions and background in Transportation preferred.
• Proficiency with Bentley product portfolio at a business level.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, sales).
• Direct communication and account-based marketing to generate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Create effective business plans to expand use of Bentley’s portfolio within your assigned region.
• Prospect for new business and drive sales to exceed quotas.
• Develop relationships at C-Level, VP and Director levels in target accounts.
• Manage pipeline and forecast revenue using Salesforce and Bentley Sales Process.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites as needed.
