Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to ensure enterprise customers are successful with our next-gen endpoint technology. You will drive the full sales cycle, advocate for customers, manage renewals, and uncover upsell opportunities while partnering with the renewals team to ensure timely renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in full sales cycle/account management or new logo sales to technical stakeholders (engineers, IT, security).
• Ability to run discovery, manage cycles, handle objections and close deals with a multi-faceted strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to maximize value from prior purchases.
• Manage renewals: schedule meetings, negotiate, update contracts, and drive renewals at escalated ARR.
• Achieve new sales growth within the customer base and identify upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, create advocates, and promote CrowdStrike solutions.
• Develop account strategies to maximize growth and high-touch customer service.
