Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals for the SMB segment. This role drives full sales cycle execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize growth.

You will recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers, work with Sales Engineering and Channel teams, and report pipeline updates to leadership while becoming an expert on CrowdStrike products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity, selling to a technical audience such as IT, Security, Engineers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers.
• Coach reps on sales strategies, techniques, and best practices for upsell/cross-sell and renewals.
• Work with internal teams to grow pipeline, improve close rates, and support sellers.
