Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is looking for a Manager, Customer Sales to lead and coach a team of Corporate Account Managers focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals for the small to midsize business segment.

You’ll guide the full sales cycle while partnering with sales engineering and channel teams to drive expansion. You will mentor reps, improve close rates, and collaborate across internal teams to develop winning account strategies and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in account management to technical buyers.
• 1+ years front-line sales management with quota responsibility.
• Experience with channel sales, presales/post sales support.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers.
• Coach reps on sales strategies, health checks, and upsell opportunities.
• Grow pipeline, improve close rates, and recruit/train new managers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering on account plans and strategies.
• Partner with Channel Team to expand customer investment in CrowdStrike.
• Forecast and report updates to management.
• Develop expertise in CrowdStrike products and industry trends.
• Drive expansions, renewals, and strategic alignment with leadership.
