Job summary

Netradyne, a leader in fleet safety solutions, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive for strategic national accounts within the West region. You will own end-to-end engagement strategy, from qualification to close, managing multi-million dollar TCV deals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to demonstrate value to large enterprise fleets.

You will help build and close opportunities through rigorous discovery, executive selling, and precise forecasting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in complex quota-carrying sales positions for large accounts.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, target account selling and Challenger methodologies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams; strong prospecting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Accurately forecast business and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional deal teams and coordinate with SDRs and partners.
• Develop and execute territory development and account strategies.
• Navigate negotiations, pilots, and executive engagements to close deals.
