Job summary

Dodge Construction Network seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth, owning opportunities from discovery through closing. You will champion our offerings, build executive-level relationships, and navigate multi-stakeholder deals in a fast-paced SaaS-like environment.

This role requires 5+ years of consultative selling experience, a track record of self-sourced pipelines, and proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years successful track record of consultative and solution selling.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder deals with 2-6 month cycles in the $50K–$200K+ ACV range.
• Familiarity with a formal sales methodology (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a self-sourced pipeline with 3-4x quota coverage through targeted outbound.
• Execute multi-channel prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Map buying committees and qualify opportunities using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
• Lead executive briefings and navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews to maintain deal velocity.
