Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding opportunities across the continental US.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging VP and C‑suite stakeholders, building ROI‑focused proposals, and collaborating with product, marketing, and solutions teams to win complex deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years successful track record of consultative and solution selling to prospects for software solutions.
• Self-sourced pipeline; not relying on inbound or SDRs.
• Experience handling multi-stakeholder deals with 2-6 month cycles in the $50K–$200K+ ACV range.
• Comfort engaging VP and C-suite buyers as a peer.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies.
• Salesforce proficiency and strong CRM discipline.
• Genuine curiosity about construction businesses.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline with multi-channel outreach.
• Manage discovery, qualification, and executive engagements.
• Develop ROI-focused value framing for stakeholders and tailor presentations.
• Close deals with mutual close plans and multi-threaded relationships.
• Coordinate with solutions, legal, and procurement to maintain velocity.
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and weekly forecast updates.
• Navigate RFPs and competitive bake-offs strategically.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence to the team.
