Job summary

Dodge Construction Network seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive net new logo sales of the full Dodge product suite to local SMBs in the commercial construction industry. This is a remote, home-office position with travel as needed, reporting to the Director, Regional Sales.

Responsibilities include building a strong SMB pipeline, closing deals often quickly, and maintaining CRM pipelines in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience; preferably selling SaaS/technology.
• Proven expertise in high velocity/high volume inside sales motions selling to SMB.
• Well-versed in solution-based selling; coach prospects on pain points and solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional objection handling skills and navigate gatekeepers.
• Must excel at managing multiple concurrent sales opportunities and priorities.
• High degree of organizational discipline and executional rigor.
• Superior integrity and ownership of outcomes; coachable mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; active listener.
• Ability to present to large groups including internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or related CRMs and MS Office; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish a pipeline of new local SMB prospects to close new sales and meet quotas.
• Pursue sales leads within the assigned territory defined by geography.
• Identify key decision makers and engage with them to introduce Dodge products and services.
• Follow up activities and pipeline management to close new business.
• Partner with Senior Sales personnel to build contacts and identify opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, and engage via phone, chat, email, and video to close sales.
• Accurately forecast and maintain pipeline in CRM with stage progress and expected close dates.
• Send proposals and process contracts through company systems.
