Sales Talent, Inc. is partnering with an AI-powered workforce technology company building its first U.S. sales team.

We seek an Account Executive to grow the presence in the hotel and hospitality industry from a fully remote base in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with HR, L&D, and Operations leaders, and develop new business with hotel groups, casino resorts, and large hospitality organizations.

Qualifications

• A proven Account Executive with experience closing new business.
• Experience selling technology into hotels, hospitality, restaurants, or other multi-location businesses. Frontline training or learning technology experience is a plus.
• 5–10+ years, ideally with established relationships across large hospitality brands.
• A true hunter who can self-source opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and navigate a consultative sales process.
• Energetic about joining an early U.S. sales team, creating momentum and growing with the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with senior HR, Learning & Development, and Operations leaders.
• Develop new business across hotel groups, casino resorts, and large hospitality organizations.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales and create opportunities within complex enterprise accounts.
• Build a repeatable sales motion while helping shape the U.S. go-to-market strategy.
• Land initial deals and identify opportunities to expand across additional properties and locations.
