Job summary

Lumos is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (Mid-Atlantic) to lead growth with enterprise customers across the US. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, and build deep partnerships with IT, Security, and GRC stakeholders.

You’ll operate in a remote-first environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging MEDDPICC to drive value-based deals. This role offers substantial earning potential and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
• 2+ years selling to companies with 1000+ employees.
• Experience with MEDDPICC framework.
• Experience selling to IT, Security, GRC buyers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new enterprise opportunities within the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Generate and manage pipeline with Sales Development.
• Demonstrate MEDDPICC proficiency throughout deals.
• Engage IT, Security and GRC buyers and articulate cybersecurity value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and renewals.
• Provide feedback to product team based on customer insights.
