Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Manager to identify and grow large customer opportunities. You will provide product solutions, build strong relationships, and manage strategic account plans while maintaining accurate revenue forecasts.

Location is remote with up to 50% field sales, covering NC, MA, NY, VA, DC. The role focuses on achieving quotas and expanding earnings through a mix of base salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry sales experience.
• Strong communication, written and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages relationships with customers to gain strategic positioning and retain revenue.
• Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities to meet quotas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company’s entire product suite and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provides accurate weekly forecast funnel to meet quota requirements.
