Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive based in California for a remote, full-time role.

You will drive new customer and partner revenue in the Enterprise market, with compensation excluding RSU value but including an uncapped commission plan. You will build strategic relationships, manage complex sales cycles, and forecast revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal cycles and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience in complex organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with data integration, ETL, or BI domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Accelerate growth of Fivetran in Enterprise through value-driven sales cycles.
• Lead in-depth discovery to map customer data challenges to Fivetran capabilities for long-term engagements.
• Speak to a broad audience from C-level to individual contributors about Fivetran's vision.
