Fivetran, Inc. is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand our footprint in the Enterprise market. This full-time remote role can be based in IL, WI, OH, or MI, with uncapped commissions and RSU opportunities.

The role emphasizes value-driven sales, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic relationships with partners to accelerate deals and deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience managing complex deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data technologies and the enterprise software landscape.
• Experience with a solution-based sales approach and long sales cycles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline and exceed revenue goals.
• Expand Fivetran's enterprise footprint through value-driven sales cycles and strategic deals.
• Conduct in-depth discovery to map customer data challenges to concrete business outcomes.
• Present Fivetran vision to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors.
• Identify, land, and expand enterprise accounts with new use cases and cross-sells.
• Build partnerships to accelerate deal cycles and identify new opportunities.
• Forecast accurately and provide visibility on sales performance.
