Job summary

STA is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for its US team. This 100% remote role targets CPG, Grocery, and Retail enterprises, focusing on complex software deals with discovery-led, consultative selling.

You will manage opportunities in Salesforce, collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product, and drive growth with an uncapped commission structure and aggressive accelerators.

Qualifications

• Seasoned software sales veteran with 7+ years in enterprise go-to-market motions.
• Experience selling to CPG, Grocery, Retail manufacturers, brokers and retailers.
• Strong discovery techniques and solution-based selling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network to open doors with industry leaders in CPG, Grocery, and Retail.
• Lead sales outreach (emails, calls, campaigns) with BDR team.
• Conduct discovery, provide presentations, and demos to enterprise prospects.
• Manage opportunities in Salesforce and collaborate with Pre-Sales to run pilots.
