Job summary

SignalWire, Inc is hiring for an Account Executive role that is fully remote within the United States. You will drive outbound prospecting, build a robust enterprise pipeline, and close complex deals with CPaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS offerings.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and positioning. The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, experience with AI-assisted sales tasks, and a proven track record of managing enterprise cycles and procurement.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales tasks such as prospecting, messaging, or call analysis.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes.
• Comfortable acting as a subject‑matter expert to inform outbound content, messaging, and enablement within a leadership-defined process.
• Direct experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS platforms preferred.
• Experience selling developer tools, API-based platforms, or infrastructure/developer-adjacent technologies.
• Experience following structured outbound sales playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close net-new enterprise opportunities.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.
• Execute a self-sourced outbound pipeline using cadences and messaging.
• Generate qualified enterprise meetings and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
• Provide field feedback to help refine outbound cadences and messaging.
• Partner with product, marketing, and leadership to inform positioning.
