Job summary

Higharc, a fully remote, VC-backed startup redefining how homes are designed and built, is seeking an accomplished Account Executive to own a territory with mid-market and enterprise homebuilders.

You will build relationships, guide prospects through our sales process, and collaborate with Solution Consultants to map workflows and demonstrate ROI. Expect 15–25% travel and high-impact contributions from day one.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise or upper–mid-market sales experience with multi-threading and consensus-building across stakeholders
• Experience selling disruptive or transformative tech into traditional industries
• Entrepreneurial mindset with grit and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with mid-market and enterprise homebuilders virtually, at events, and via partner channels
• Guide prospects through our sales process, demonstrating Higharc's impact on operations and ROI
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants to run discovery, map workflows, and articulate how Higharc fits into the business
• Lead pricing and negotiate deals to move opportunities forward with clarity and confidence
• Travel 15–25% of the time depending on seasonality and industry events
