Candidly is hiring an Account Executive to sell across the portfolio directly to employers and with partners. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from discovery and demos to closing, and you’ll help shape messaging and product direction as a front-line market mover.

This role is fully remote with an international team. You’ll work with HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, and Finance buyers, building a repeatable playbook and strong reference customers. Strong storytelling and CRM discipline are essential.

Qualificações

• 4-7 years in B2B SaaS closing roles.
• Experience building your own pipeline, not only inbound
• Experience closing multi-stakeholder deals with HR, Benefits, or Finance buyers
• Comfort selling established and new products with limited references
• Strong discovery, demo, and storytelling skills
• CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, and forecasting discipline

Responsabilidades

• Own a new-business quota across existing and new products.
• Generate pipeline through outbound, partner referrals, and inbound opportunities.
• Co-sell with partner sales teams to move opportunities to close.
• Run structured discovery and tailored demos tied to buyer metrics.
• Engage HR, Finance, and executives across multi-threaded deals.
• Provide field feedback to pricing, packaging, and product roadmap.
• Coordinate demos and handoffs with product and customer success.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts.
