Qualifications

10–15+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales with multi-stakeholder deals.
Proven success meeting large quotas and closing high-value enterprise deals.
Experience selling tax technology, financial systems, or enterprise software in complex environments.
Strong executive-level relationship development and influence across large orgs.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and close new enterprise customers within a defined territory.
Lead end-to-end deal execution including negotiations and executive presentations.
Develop and execute strategic account plans positioning Vertex as a long-term partner.
Align Vertex solutions with customer goals using a consultative, value-based approach.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve pipeline, forecasting, and customer engagement.
Meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
