Job summary

OnBase Group is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for AI Processing Software Sales. This remote, full-time role focuses on building and leading a sales organization, closing large insurance/InsurTech deals, and driving growth across channels.

Expect to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with an elite GTM approach. You will work directly with the CEO, scale the sales team, and contribute to product shaping.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle AE ownership from prospecting to close.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills (MEDDICC/BANT).
• Experience selling to insurers/MGAs within insurance/InsurTech or knowledge of the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM engine — design scalable, repeatable sales infrastructure.
• Drive high-stakes deals — own conversations with large insurers/MGAs.
• Unlock growth — experiment across channels and opportunities.
• Run data-driven sales cycles — lead with insight and urgency, from first touch to close.
• Shape the product — partner with Claims and Product to stay ahead of the market.
