Job summary

Intellect Design Arena Ltd, a global fintech leader, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business for its Insurance AI Platform in the North American Commercial P&C market. You will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, engaging with insurance carriers, MGAs, wholesalers, and brokers to deliver AI-driven underwriting and automation solutions.

The role requires a strong background in Enterprise SaaS sales, Insurance or Insurtech, and a proven history of closing complex deals

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven success selling Enterprise SaaS, Enterprise Software, Cloud Platforms, AI Solutions, or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Experience selling into the Insurance or Insurtech industry is strongly preferred.
• Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Insurance Carriers, MGAs, Wholesale Brokers, or Commercial Insurance organizations.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of generating net new business and building pipeline from scratch.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution.
• Experience selling to C-Level executives including CIO, COO, Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief Claims Officer, CFO, or other executive decision makers.
• Proven quota attainment with consistent overachievement.
• Strong consultative selling, value selling, and executive presentation skills.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, or Solution Selling is strongly preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive net new business acquisition across Commercial P&C insurance organizations.
• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and partner relationships.
• Develop strategic account plans and execute territory growth strategies.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges and digital transformation initiatives.
• Position AI-powered underwriting and workflow automation solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with C-Level executives, underwriting leaders, business leaders, and technology decision makers.
• Lead executive presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product Management, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership throughout the sales process.
• Develop business cases and articulate measurable business value and ROI.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quota.
