Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive net new logo sales of the full Dodge product suite to local SMBs in the commercial construction industry. This remote, home-office role focuses on new business development, revenue generation, and building a robust SMB pipeline from prospect to close.

The position reports to the Director, Regional Sales, with travel as needed for face-to-face meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally SaaS/technology-based products or services.
• Proven expertise in high-velocity inside sales to SMB customers with rapid closes (under 2 weeks).
• Strong solution-based selling, coaching prospects on pain points and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to engage stakeholders and gatekeepers.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new SMB prospects and close opportunities to meet quotas.
• Identify key decision makers and engage to introduce Dodge products and services.
• Conduct face-to-face/remote meetings and follow-ups to advance deals.
• Forecast and maintain pipeline in CRM; send proposals and process contracts.
