Job summary

Kinaxis Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to win new business and drive revenue with net new accounts across North America. You will work with Kinaxis senior management to shape growth strategies and engage executives to close high-value, complex deals.

The role requires 8+ years in strategic enterprise sales, deep industry insight, and the ability to travel as needed. A track record of exceeding quotas in diverse manufacturing sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience selling strategic, enterprise-level solutions.
• Experience engaging with C-level and executive decision makers.
• Ability to lead complex deals across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and drive revenue in new name accounts.
• Develop account strategies with senior management to grow pipeline.
• Establish and maintain executive relationships with top accounts and partners.
• Qualify prospects based on Kinaxis capabilities and business value.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely reporting.
• Communicate product improvements and field insights to leadership.
