Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking a Senior Large Enterprise Account Executive to identify and develop new sales opportunities, build strategic relationships, and manage forecasted revenue across several US states.

The role requires frequent field activity, strong presentation skills, and the ability to close deals in a rapidly changing AI-enabled connectivity market. This remote-friendly position supports CA, AZ, OR, NV or WA locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry sales experience.
• Minimum skills required to perform in this role.
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
• Self-motivated, pro‑active, results‑oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
• Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
• Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company's entire product suite.
• Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
• Builds and Grows Pipeline.
