Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Area Sales Manager for ENT products. This remote role requires residence within the territory and regular travel to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are essential as you will visit hospitals, clinics and surgery centers.

You will be responsible for selling ENT capital and disposable products, coordinating with physicians, nurses and other influencers, and reporting on competitive activity while meeting quotas and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8+ years in sales or related roles
• Associate degree and 6+ years in sales or related roles
• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices/life sciences

Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize and execute face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses and other key influencers to demonstrate, in-service and sell ENT capital and disposable products
• Monitor and report competitive activity within the territory to management
• Provide support and service to clinical personnel as it relates to the products in a surgical environment
• Maintain a flexible schedule to attend meetings and courses inside and outside of assigned territory, possibly outside normal business hours including weekends
• Perform other duties as assigned
