Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based ENT Area Sales Manager to sell Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals, physicians and approved customers within the assigned territory. This remote role requires residency in the territory and driving to multiple accounts, with significant travel and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience with ENT products is a plus.
• Local candidates and those with Medtronic experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses and influencers in the territory to demonstrate and sell Medtronic products.
• Execute Sales Action Plans and transport heavy inventory using own vehicle.
• Plan and execute hospital and clinic calls across departments and doctors’ offices in the territory.
• Attend meetings and training inside and outside the territory as required.
• Provide post-sale support to clinical personnel for products in a surgical environment.
• Maintain company property and inventory in good condition and report competitive activity to the Region Manager.
