Job summary

Medtronic in the United States seeks an Area Sales Manager (ENT) for remote work across multiple states. You must reside within the territory and drive to accounts; a valid driver’s license is essential.

The Neuroscience ENT portfolio focuses on improving patient access and outcomes in a global, market-leading framework. You will sell ENT capital and disposable products to hospitals and physicians, plan sales calls, monitor competition, and support clinical teams in surgical settings, while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years OR Associate degree and 6+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize and execute face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses and other key purchase influencers to demonstrate, in-service and sell Medtronic ENT capital and disposable products to relevant hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers and doctors’ offices
• Monitor and report competitive activity within the territory to management
• Provide support and service to clinical personnel as it relates to the Products in a surgical environment
• Maintain flexible schedule to attend meetings and courses inside and outside of assigned territory, possibly outside of normal business hours which may include weekends
• Perform other duties as assigned
